YCH commission means a pre-made skecth (made by me) which I finish using your character design.
From time to time, I will add new available slots. Right now I am working on couple poses, poses with different weapons, poses with mirrors, poses with lanterns/candles, and poses with cards.
- I don't change a pose/composition. But I can do any gender and body type. Also I can add fantasy characters details like horns, tails etc.
Important: currently I draw only Human-like races.
- One pose = one slot. No repeats
- Background - simple flat or gradiented
- An additional fee may apply for complex characters (e.g. highly detailed outfits or armor). This is discussed individually after I receive your references.

If you’d like to commission me, please take the time to read everything carefully. By purchasing a slot, you’re confirming that you’ve read and accepted my terms.General term:
- I work with a waiting list system.
- Commissions stay open until I feel that I have too many requests.
- Information about available slots can be found on my Carrd, in the queue document, and also on Lava.top and Hipolink.
- I only add clients to the waiting list after upfront payment.
- I work with full prepayment (you can split it into 2 parts).
- Payment is accepted only via Lava.top and Hipolink.
- I don’t provide refunds, unless I can’t finish the commission.
- I work on commissions in queue order. But sometimes, if a piece feels difficult, I may move on to the next one and return to it later.
- I currently don’t work with strict deadlines! Turnaround time may range from a week to several months, depending on complexity and workload. This does not include queue waiting time.
- You can check your position and commission status in my queue document.
- I include an estimated work time in the document, but it may change because of health issues or other personal issues.
- I am working on improving my speed, but right now my priority is quality, not speed. If I feel that I need to redo something to give you a better result, I will do it.
- Rush commissions are possible for an extra fee, but this is discussed individually.

- Please first make sure to read my Term of Service carefully! By booking a slot, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to my terms.
- Purchase a slot through my Lava.top or Hipolink
- Email me with your character description, photo references, and optional links to other resources (Pinterest boards, moodboards, or any other places with information about your character).
- After booking a slot, I will add you to the waitlist. In the same document, you will be able to track the queue and the status of your commission.
- If you chose split payment, I will send you a link for the second payment, when your turn comes.
- After the payment is received, I will start working on your commission.
- If I don’t hear back from you within 1 week, I will move on to the next person in the queue.
- If you decide to cancel your commission yourself, please let me know so I can remove you from the waitlist. (Important: Please remember that I do not provide refunds! So please think carefully before commissioning me!)
- During the work process, I will send you progress stages for feedback if your commission includes stages and revisions. More details below.
- After the artwork is completed, I will send you a Google Drive link with the artwork in high quality PNG format. When possible, I also upload a time-lapse video as a bonus. However, I do not always record the process if the file is too heavy, as it can interfere with my work in the program.
